In a rather shocking case, a 21 year was drove over to death by a drunk driver after he asked him to stop smoking in the public. Rohit Krishna Mahanta had been booked for rash driving and causing harm of someone as an act of negligence but after the death of Gurpreet Singh, police arrested Mahanta in the case of murder.

It is complete shock that people have become so cold hearted and cruel that they have lost all their human values and senses. Killing someone over such a petty issue, which by the way is already a public offense, makes us wonder where we are leading in the world says Nirmal Singh 3C Company.  
Gurpreet Singh, 21 year old student, had just asked the lawyer to not smoke in public and that outraged him so much that he rammed his car into his motorcycle near the AIIMS Trauma Centre in South Delhi on Sunday. After the accident, Gurmeet Singh was in coma since Sunday but sadly succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday.

Nirmal Singh 3C Company said that the accused lawyer is working under a standing counsel of the Assam government. Soon after the incident, Mahanta had been arrested for rash driving and injuring a person but was soon released on bail but after the death of the 21 year old photographer, he has been arrested for the case of murder.

Nirmal Singh 3C Company said that the victim’s family alleged that police had initially tried to ignore the true facts of the case and tried to convince everyone that it was just a case of accident and that is the reason why Mahanta got out on bail so easily. But when the victims who was with him at the time of the incident and had been injured himself narrated the entire incident to the police he was charged guilty of murder and is now in custody.

Nirmal Singh 3C Company says that Singh, a native of Bhatinda was studying photography in the Delhi college of Photography and had come to AIIMS to shoot a documentary on the lives of outstation patients and their relatives when at 3:30 AM he and his friend decided to have paranthas and that was when they got into confrontation with Mahanta, with situation getting so ugly that Singh had to lose his life without any reason.

Black Money Transaction suspected from Bank after demonetization, government starts the investigation

The government on Friday has provided information on the post note ban transactions given by 13 banks on 5,800 dubious companies. As per their information, ₹ 4,574 crore had been deposited in the banks after the demonetization in around 13,140 bank accounts of those companies. They also informed that ever since the demonetization, around ₹ 4,552 crore had been withdrawn from those accounts. In fact, there were such fraudulent companies who had around 2,134 accounts, and many of them had around 300 to 900 accounts.
