Chester Bennington was reportedly found hanging at a private residence in California just some time after the release of his band’s new music video on Twitter. It was TMZ which reported that Chester was found hanging at a private residence in Palos Verdes Estates in Los Angeles County, California. His body was found at the residence sometime over 9 am (local time) on Thursday. His death was finally confirmed by the Los Angeles County coroner as case of suicide. Chester joined Linkin Park in 1998, and for a generation that grew up in early 2000s, it would have been hard to find anyone who wouldn’t own a copy of the band’s debut album Hybrid Theory.
