Got Proposal To Release Kulbhushan Jadhav In Excchange For A Terrorist Says Foreign Minister Khwaja Muhammad Asif.
Proposals
have been made by the Indian government towards Pakistan to release Indian
national Kulbushan Jadav in exchange of a terrorist who carried out 2014
Peshawar school attack claimed Foreign Minister Khwaja Muhammad Asif. The
terrorist who was responsible for killing children in Army public school in
Peshawar is in Afghan custody. “The national security Advisor said that there
were deals that the terrorist can be given if India is given back Kulbhushan
Jadhav. Asif said so during his meeting at the Asia Society.”- Nirmal Singh

disclosure on the part of India, about the terrorist that they were planning to
exchange or who was the national security agent who has forwarded the proposal.
Carrying
on with the speech, Asif discussed Pakistan’s Vision for and approach towards
regional peace and development during their conversion with author and
Journalist Steve Coll. He also mentioned that Pakistan was grievously suffering
from conflict and instability in Afghanistan and if serious measures are not
taken and if both the countries do not sort that out then the situation would
get worse.
Jadhav
is a 46 year old, retired Indian Navy officer who in April was sentenced to
death by Pakistan Court Martial for the allegations of his involvement in
sabotage activities against Pakistan, but in a hearing in May 18, a Jury of 10
members of the ICJ restrained Pakistan from doing so. Nirmal Singh 3C
Company.
India
has blamed Pakistan of violating the Vienna Convention by denying Jadhav
consular access and that too after several requests. They even said that they
would not execute Jadhav until he has exhausted his mercy plea. On the other
hand, we are all aware that the Pakistan Taliban had claimed the responsibility
for the Peshawar school attach in 2014, which resulted in the death of 150
people, mostly school students.
NirmalSingh 3C Company said that despite such serious
charges, India I willing to release a terrorist if Pakistan releases Jadhav,
and they had to come to this option because of the serious charges on the
Jadhav and no mercy being shown towards him.
