Case Against Dhinchak Pooja, But Sadly Not For Her Cringy Songs!

For the last two months everyone has been grooving on to the songs of ‘Dhinchak Pooja’ and she has been setting social media on fire with own unique style. If you have heard on of her songs then you must be well aware about her cringy out of the tune raps. Despite that she has managed to secure her space in the social media and is winning everyone’s attention with her confidence.

Her latest song ‘Dilon Ka Shooter’ is just a 1 min song which has only and only 4 lines, and they are repeated so much that you would want to shoot your ears at the end of the video. Still it has managed to become the third most trending video on the internet. A source at Nirmal Singh 3CCompany says that like her previous videos, ‘swag wali topi’ and ‘selfi maine le li aaj’ she was confident that this song would also get popular and become a social media buzz. She was right and the song does have a lot of buzz surrounding it but the buzz is not as it was earlier. She is in the news, but not for the right reasons.

Her third video ‘Dilon ka Shooter’ is shot in the Posh Delhi location. Riding a red vespa scooter, Dhinchak Pooja sings the four lines as she moves around the city. And her same red scooter that made the song go viral has landed her into a lot of trouble.

Delhi traffic police has lodged a complaint against the singer (let’s give her that for now) for riding the scooter without a helmet. The motor vehicle Act makes helmet compulsory for every bike rider in India, and in some states, compulsory even for the person sitting on the back. Delhi comes under the second category, where wearing a helmet is compulsory not only for the rider but also for the person sitting on its back. The traffic police has been keeping very strict with the helmet and the seat belt laws to ensure peoples’ safety on the roads, but people take it very lightly, neglecting the risk of their action, this is why the government has to be strict while imposing the laws.

Dhinchak Pooja’s Video turns a blind eye towards the rule as she rides on the scooter carelessly without a helmet. “Being a social media sensation (currently, yes), she has to understand that anything that she does in a video, is a promotion towards it and people try to copy anything that gets popular on the internet, both good and bad. So no matter how bad her videos are, they are a trend and people do cover videos for the same. She has not only broken a law but seems to be promoting her wrong doing, that is why it is completely fair on the part of the Delhi Traffic Police to have her under arrest, “ says Nirmal Singh 3CCompany
