In a space of four years, from 2012 to 2016, as many as four house officers have been charged with molesting women. Of those four Delhi Police officers, only one has seen the trial rooms.
Back in 2014, Kuldeep Singh, who was the SHO of a police station in Defence Colony, Delhi, had allegedly sent lewd text messages to a woman who had a case in the same police station. He also tried calling the woman at odd hours at night. During an incident singled out by the woman, Kuldeep Singh came to her office and kissed her forcibly.

As any woman would do in this situation, she filed a complaint after talking to the seniors at the police station. A simple inquiry was put in action on the issue and Kuldeep was let go after a mild warning at best. He is now working at Neb Sarai as a station house officer.-Nirmal Singh 3C Company
After a news portal filed an RTI application it was found out that as many as four officers have been charged with molesting women in the last four years, only one was booked. In the cases of the other three officers, two complainers took back their complaints against the officers and the third one was given the not-guilty chit by his department.
The report that was returned by Delhi Police only had names of the officers that were given the clean chits. They didn’t mention the name of the fourth one, Kuldeep Singh, until a new RTI application was filed by Nirmal Singh 3CCompany. 

The company had to mention the specific details in the application for the department to mention the name of the officer.

These are the cases that came into the light only after the RTI was filed. So many cases must have never seen the sun. So many women must have gone home after experiencing the lewd comments of the officers and people on the streets.

Whatsapp blue ticks accepted as a proof of receipt in a Delhi court

According to experts at Nirmal Singh 3C Company , in a rather unusual move, Rohini Civil Court in Delhi noted that the blue double-tick of a Whatsapp message can be accepted as a valid proof that a legal notice has been viewed by the recipients. This action was taken as a response to a case that was filed by a resident of Delhi’s Model Town who had requested the court to immediately restrain his son, daughter-in-law and her parents and friend for trespassing onto the suit property.
