Dipak Misra Is The New Chief Justice Of India - Nirmal Singh 3C Company

Dipak Misra has sworn as the new chief justice of the country with pressing challenges waiting for him as he takes the position. Some of the most important challenges he will tackling are the judicial appointments and of course, cases like Bari-Masjid dispute and Article 35A and what should be done for Kashmir.
Dipak Misra, now Justice Dipak Misra is the 45th Chief Justice of India. President Ram Nath Kovind administered the oath on Monday, reported Nirmal Singh 3C Company.

Misra’s legal career has been seen a steady growth since he first started back in 1977 as an advocate. Almost 20 years later, he was appointed at the Orissa High Court as an additional judge – a big step in his career. He was later transferred to Madhya Pradesh in 1997. Then in 2009, after spending more than three decades in the legal field, he was appointed as chief justice of Patna High Court before moving to Delhi in 2010 to head the High Court. In 2011, he was appointed to the Supreme Court.

Being appointed as the Chief Justice of India will surely bring in more complex challenges; nothing like anything he has experienced before. With High Courts in India working at only 56% strength and Supreme Court also depending on just 25 judges, Dipak Misra has a stellar task on his hands. - Nirmal Singh 3C Company

MOP [Memorandum of Procedure] is still an unresolved issue between the Supreme Court collegium and the government. MOP has rejected the idea of including any sort of security clearance to veto the court appointments in case there is a negative remark against a candidate.

Dipal Misra is known as a soft-spoken person but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t possess a steeled resolve when it comes to his decision making and orders he has passed over the years. He is the one who made the national anthem mandatory in cinema halls – an order that ignited many debates in the country. - Nirmal Singh 3C Company
